Nepal Junior Red Cross Circle, SOS HGS Bharatpur

was established in 2004 with an ultimate end of carrying out different humanitarian activities in and beyond school. All the students from Grade Six to Grade Ten of SOS HGS Bharatpur are the members of this Circle. A Working Committee is elected through a full fledged election where all the juniors enjoy the right to franchise. School Principal, Mr. Ganga B Gurung is the ex-officio Patron of this Circle and Mr. Jagadish Dhakal, an English Teacher is the Teacher Sponsor at present.

SOS HGS Orchestra headed by English Teacher Shiv Sundar Shrestha representing NJRC SOS HGS Bharatpur stood first in Regional Folk Song Competition organised by NJRC Balkumari Kanya Ma. Vi. on 25th February 2011. They made it happen surpassing around two dozens schools.They were awarded certificates of appreciation along with cash prize.
